Core Property Management

Our core service is regular property oversight and management. We monitor properties on behalf of owners and identify issues before they become costly problems, whether you are here or away.
Services include:
- Scheduled property inspections
- Photographic inspection reports
- Owner updates following inspection
- Opening and airing properties when you have been away
- Organising cleaning, gardening and pool companies
This service is typically provided on a retainer basis from R2999 per month.
Contractor Coordination
From R600 per hour
Where maintenance or repairs are required, we coordinate trusted contractors on behalf of our clients.
Services include but are not limited to:
- Sourcing and recommending reputable contractors
- Obtaining and reviewing quotations
- Scheduling contractor visits
- Providing site access where required
- Supervising work and installations
- Quality control and follow-up where necessary
This service ensures that work is completed correctly and reduces the time owners need to spend managing contractors.
Payment Administration
From 10% of payment
Where requested, we can manage payments to contractors and order items on behalf of property owners.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Receiving and reviewing contractor invoices
- Confirming work completion
- Selecting and ordering items
- Making payments on behalf of owners
- Providing payment records and confirmations
Industry standard administration fees may apply for payment management services.

Project Management
From R1200 per hour
For larger property projects, Home Solutions can coordinate works from quotation stage through to completion.
Examples include:
- Garden and irrigation upgrades
- Equipment installations
- Property repairs and improvements
- Contractor coordination across multiple trades
- End to end management of solar installations
We act as a single point of contact for owners, ensuring projects progress smoothly and are completed to an acceptable standard.
